Job Title: E-Commerce Executive – MIS & Operations

Department: Operations

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive with strong Advanced Excel skills and good English communication abilities. The candidate should be capable of handling operational data, preparing MIS reports, managing email communications, and supporting day-to-day E-commerce operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.

Perform data analysis using formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions.

Manage and maintain operational data with a high level of accuracy.

Handle professional email communication with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.

Monitor order processing, dispatch status, and operational reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain records, trackers, and reports related to business operations.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and provide timely operational updates.

Support process improvements and ensure adherence to defined operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12th and above in any discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations, MIS, or Data Management.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, and data analysis.

Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to draft and respond to professional emails independently.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Google Sheets and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in E-commerce or order management operations.

Strong reporting and data management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
