Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible CRM Executive with good communication skills and real estate experience. The candidate should be capable of handling customer relationships, documentation processes, KYC formalities, and post-booking follow-ups efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage booking documentation and agreement processes.
Collect and verify customer KYC documents.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing.
Regular follow-up with customers for payments, documentation, and updates.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software/system.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
Generate daily reports and status updates.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relationship Management.
Knowledge of documentation and KYC procedures.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM Software).
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream.
Real Estate experience preferred.
