Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
Maintain data confidentiality and security
Generate reports and organize records as required
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or other data tools
Basic knowledge of databases and office equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
