MIS Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive MIS Executive to support business decision-making through accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Advanced Excel skills, strong follow-up abilities, and professional email communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Prepare and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance in graphical and dashboard formats, including charts, reports, and visual presentations.

• Design and maintain business dashboards and performance trackers for management review

• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.

• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and trackers using Advanced Excel.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Excellent command of Advanced Excel, including:

• Pivot Tables

• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

• INDEX-MATCH

• Advanced Formulas

• Conditional Formatting

• Data Validation

• Charts & Dashboards

·       Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Good Email Writing and Business Communication Skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

Female Candidate
Age: 25 Years and Above
Minimum 2 Years of Relevant MIS Experience
Strong command of Advanced Excel and Reporting

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
