Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support effective business decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate and timely MIS reports using advanced Excel tools, including automation, macros, and pivot tables, while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports for management review.

Utilize advanced Excel automation, including macros and pivot tables, to streamline reporting processes.

Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports as per business requirements.

Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

Provide analytical support and insights to various departments.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of organizational data.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting or data analysis role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and Excel automation.

Good understanding of MIS processes, data analysis, and reporting standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience: min 1 year

salary package: 18k - 24k
