Role Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business operations. The role involves preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintaining databases, troubleshooting data issues, and providing insights that help management make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare operational and performance reports.

• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

• Ensure data accuracy by validating information before processing.

• Develop automated reporting tools to improve efficiency.

• Manage and update Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and internal databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify data-related issues and resolve discrepancies.

• Provide actionable insights and trends based on data analysis.

• Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as per business requirements.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, or Reporting roles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic SQL is a plus.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
