MIS Executive (Logistics) Position: MIS Executive Department: Operations / Management Information System (MIS) Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining operational and management reports, analyzing logistics data, tracking KPIs, and supporting business decisions through accurate and timely MIS reports. Key Responsibilities  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, dispatch, deliveries, billing, and business performance.  Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments to ensure report accuracy.  Generate reports on shipment status, TAT, vehicle utilization, delivery performance, pending PODs, and operational productivity.  Maintain and update dashboards for management review.  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or trends.  Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management.  Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Sales, and Accounts teams to collect required data.  Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.  Maintain records and databases in ERP/TMS and Excel.  Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.  Assist in month-end reporting and management presentations.  Ensure confidentiality and integrity of business data. Required Skills  2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.  Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Charts, Data Validation).  Good knowledge of MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.  Experience working with ERP, TMS, CRM, or logistics software.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.  Good communication and coordination skills.  Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
