Job Title: MIS Executive (Advanced Excel)

📍 Location: Wave City, Ghaziabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and data management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced Excel functions, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate business records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Work with large datasets using advanced Excel functions and formulas.

• Create and manage dynamic reports using Pivot Tables, Charts, and Dashboards.

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.

• Use functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT functions, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, and Arrays.

• Apply relative and absolute cell references effectively in formulas.

• Import, split, merge, and manipulate data using delimiters and text functions.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain database integrity.

• Generate business insights and reports for management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced).

• Understanding of:

  • Absolute & Relative Cell References

  • Cell Anchoring ($)

  • Arrays & Dynamic Arrays

  • Delimiters and Text-to-Columns

  • Lookup & Reference Functions

  • Logical Functions

  • Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

  • Conditional Formatting

  • Data Validation

  • Excel Dashboards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience in MIS Reporting, Operations, Finance, HR, or Business Analytics is preferred.
