We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations and organizational tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• You will manage the executive’s calendar, giving you ownership and real influence over key daily activities.
• You will prepare reports, analyses, and presentations – strengthening your analytical and business skills.
• You will handle correspondence and internal/external communication, becoming a key point of contact for employees and partners.
• You will organize meetings, business trips, and internal events – gaining valuable coordination and logistics experience.
• You will support internal projects, allowing you to learn production processes and tools used in the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• Education: MBA / PG / BBA / Graduate / BTech.
• 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle unforeseen situations.
