Role Overview
Looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, reminders, and schedule prioritization
Draft, review, and manage emails and communication
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
Maintain records, documents, and provide admin support
Handle occasional personal tasks for the CEO
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree; 4–5 years as EA/PA preferred
Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet
Working Days & Timings
6 Days Working, 2nd and 4th sat off
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
