Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Madhusudan Head Office, Noida Sector 136
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, charts, Power Query, etc.).
Maintain and organize confidential documents and data.
Follow up on action items, internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, reports, and other documentation.
Manage data collection, consolidation, and analysis for business reports.
Track and report on key projects or KPIs as directed by the MD.
Help organize and support events, board meetings, and strategic sessions.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision
