Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Assist with project management and special assignments

Screen calls, emails, and other communications
