Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who has strong expertise in Advanced Excel and hands-on experience managing online marketplaces such as Meesho, Flipkart, and Blinkit. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory management, order processing, and performance tracking through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage seller panels for Meesho, Flipkart, and Blinkit.

• Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Ensure accurate product information and maintain listing quality.

• Monitor product performance and competitor pricing.
  

Inventory & Order Management

• Track and update inventory across all marketplaces.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock availability.

• Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and shipment tracking.

• Resolve marketplace-related issues such as penalties, claims, or account notifications.
  

Data Analysis (Advanced Excel)

• Maintain sales reports and inventory reports using Advanced Excel.

• Create dashboards using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, and Data Analysis tools.

• Analyze daily/weekly sales performance and prepare reports for management.

• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends.
  

Performance Monitoring

• Track product ranking, visibility, and conversion rates.

• Plan promotional strategies such as deals, discounts, and campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to improve product sales and marketplace performance.
