We are looking for a Back Office Operations to join our team at S K Traders. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹18000 - ₹22500 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure delivery of items at client place on time.

• Verify & validate information on the excel trackers.

• Coordination with dispatch team, vendor and coordination with clients for delivery.

• Response on email to clients on time and telephonic discussion as and when situation demands.

• Face to Face meetings at Gurgaon / Noida, if needed with clients.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

• Team handling and hiring of replacements post approval.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
