Role Summary
The E-commerce Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product listings, catalog accuracy, online visual presentation, pricing, and coordination with internal teams to drive online sales. She will ensure that all products are displayed correctly across marketplaces and the company website, with updated content and proper inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create, upload, and manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Ensure correct product titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, pricing, and offers.
Review and update content as per platform guidelines and trends.
2. Inventory & Order Coordination
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams.
Track order flow, returns, and replenishment.
Maintain accurate live inventory across platforms.
3. Visual Merchandising
Ensure high-quality images, videos, size charts, and A+ content.
Work with designers/photographers for shoot planning.
Maintain brand-aligned product presentation.
4. Sales Performance & Analytics
Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and product performance.
Identify slow-moving SKUs and plan promotions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
5. Marketplace Coordination
Handle platform interactions (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra seller support).
Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and content rejections.
Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and pricing strategy.
6. Competitor & Market Research
Monitor competitor pricing, catalogs, and trends.
Suggest improvements for better ranking and sales.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics.
Attention to detail for product content & catalog accuracy.
Ability to handle coordination with multiple teams.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Experience in fashion/footwear/lifestyle categories preferred.
Experience in ERP or inventory management tools (optional).
