We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive who will manage and optimize our online sales across multiple e-commerce portals. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, order management, and performance growth.
Manage seller accounts on e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords).
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock-outs.
Run and manage portal ads, deals, offers, and discount campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and portal dashboards to improve results.
Coordinate with portal account managers for growth opportunities and issue resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance, ratings, and seller performance metrics are maintained.
Handle customer queries and negative feedback in a professional manner.
Keep track of competitor pricing, offers, and new trends in the category.
1–3 years of experience handling e-commerce marketplace accounts
Hands-on knowledge of seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO for product listings & keyword optimization
Knowledge of pricing strategies, ads, and promotions on marketplaces
Good Excel skills (reports, sales analysis, inventory tracking)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in jewellery / fashion / lifestyle category is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience with catalog management and brand registry
Understanding of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
