You’ll be part of the daily engine that keeps orders moving, customers happy, and the brand growing every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Check and manage daily ecommerce orders on the computer

• Process and verify customer orders

• Data entry and reports in Excel / Google Sheets

• Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate packaging

• Manage backend operations smoothly and efficiently

• Coordinate with courier and warehouse teams

• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time

• Help improve operational systems as the company scales

Who We’re Looking For

• Young, enthusiastic and eager to learn

• Comfortable using computers daily

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Fast learner with attention to detail

• Organized and responsible

• Interested in startups, ecommerce, fashion or modern D2C brands

• Positive attitude and growth mindset
