Ecommerce Operations Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage our online store operations. In this role, you will handle daily tasks across various e-commerce platforms, manage inventory and pricing data, and ensure smooth order processing. If you have strong computer skills and enjoy working with data, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Cataloging: Uploading new products, updating titles, descriptions, and high-quality images across different e-commerce portals.

• Pricing Strategy: Monitoring and updating product prices, implementing discounts, and keeping track of competitor pricing to maximize sales.

• Order Management: Efficiently processing incoming customer orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics partners for timely delivery.

• Data Management & Client Reporting: Organizing daily sales, stock, and inventory data, and sharing clear updates and reports with our clients or management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel Skills: Must be comfortable handling large data sets using essential formulas like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and IF conditions.

• Strong Computer Literacy: Excellent general computer skills, including fast typing, email communication, and troubleshooting basic tasks easily.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work quickly, spot errors in data, and handle daily operational challenges independently.

• Experience: Prior experience working in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory if you have strong technical skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
