We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to verify and validate candidate/customer documents, maintain accurate records, and ensure all information meets company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, educational certificates, address proof, and other required documents.
Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate for corrections.
Maintain proper records and update verification status in the system.
Follow company verification procedures and maintain data confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Complete assigned verification tasks within timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
