Process: SBI Credit Card (Backend Process)

Role Overview:

We are hiring candidates for a backend process role for the SBI Credit Card project. The role involves handling documentation, case processing, and backend operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing credit card application cases
Verifying customer documents and details
Maintaining records and updating systems
Coordinating with internal teams for case completion
Ensuring timely and error-free work

Salary & Benefits:

First 2 months: ₹14,000 fixed salary
After 2 months: Salary (Per Case) + Incentives (based on performance/cases handled)

Shift Timings:

For Girls: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

For Boys:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria:

Basic computer knowledge
Good attention to detail
Ability to handle backend operations efficiently
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Location:

Offshoot Agency, Plot No. 695/696, Udhyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon.
