Key Responsibilities

Collect and update property information from developers, brokers, and online sources.
Maintain accurate records of project details, pricing, inventory, floor plans, and amenities.
Verify the accuracy of collected data before updating the internal database.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure data consistency.
Track new project launches and market updates.
Prepare and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Organize and manage property documentation and digital records.
Ensure timely updates of all project information in the company database.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in data collection, data entry, or the real estate industry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
