Urgently hiring for Data Entry Executive / Operator (MALE - 2).

Location: Pune Station (Pune)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Executive / Operator with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for accurately managing property-related data, maintaining records, and supporting backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain property data in internal systems / CRM
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries
Handle documentation related to property listings, agreements, and client records
Coordinate with the Admin department.
Generate reports and MIS as required
Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry (preferably in Real Estate / Construction)
Strong typing speed with high accuracy
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and data management tools
Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage
Good understanding of real estate documentation (preferred)
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Immediate joiners preferred
