Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries as required.
Handle documents and information confidentially.
Perform data verification and quality checks.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and update required information.
Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Freshers can apply, depending on company requirements.
Experience: 0–2 years
