Job Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and Excel sheets.
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, documents, and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of client communication and transactions.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare daily reports and update trackers regularly.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and timely execution.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Ensure all data and client information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Good typing and data-entry accuracy.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
