Data Input: Transcribing alphanumeric or numerical data from physical documents, audio recordings, or digital files into company databases or cloud-based software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or Google Sheets)
Data Verification: Checking inputted data against original source documents to prevent discrepancies, typos, or formatting errors
Data Cleaning & Maintenance: Updating outdated records and identifying missing information
Data Security & Privacy: Adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines while handling sensitive customer or business information
