We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. The candidate should possess strong typing skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to manage HRMIS records effectively.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Maintain and manage HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) records
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the system
Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
Generate reports using MS Excel and internal tools
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for data updates and corrections
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
Accuracy level of 95% or above
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data sorting, filtering, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HRMIS systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
