Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on SAP/Oracle/ERP systems along with strong Excel and email drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in SAP/Oracle/ERP systems
Prepare and update Excel reports, MIS, and daily operational data
Handle documentation and maintain proper data records
Coordinate through professional email communication with internal teams
Verify data accuracy and ensure timely system updates
Generate reports and support backend operations
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Required Skills

Good knowledge of SAP / Oracle / ERP software
Strong command of MS Excel
Professional email drafting and communication skills
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Basic understanding of documentation and reporting process
