We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a domestic voice process to handle customer queries.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📞 Handle inbound customer calls professionally
📝 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
🗂️ Follow process guidelines and quality standards
🤝 Ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
🗣️ Clear and confident communication skills
🌐 Prior customer support experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
💻 Basic computer knowledge
🎓 Graduates only (Diploma not allowed)
🌟 Freshers are welcome
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 CTC:
* Freshers – ₹25,000
* Experienced – Up to ₹30,000
