About the Organization:
Smile India Trust is a non-profit organization working towards social development and community welfare through various initiatives in education, healthcare, and livelihood support.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
Compile, verify, and organize data collected from field teams
Maintain records of beneficiaries, donors, and project activities
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
Generate reports and summaries as required by management
Coordinate with field staff for data collection and corrections
Perform regular data backups to ensure safety of information
Assist in documentation and administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data
Basic understanding of NGO operations (preferred)
Good communication skills
Experience:
Fresher or 6 months – 2 years of experience in data entry / backend operations
