Job Summary

Smile India Trust is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage organizational data, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day data management activities. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the organization's systems and databases.

• Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and other important documents.

• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of organizational information.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update relevant information.

• Perform data verification and documentation tasks within deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage data and complete tasks within deadlines.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
