We’re Hiring | Data Entry Specialist (Excel-Focused)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced Excel models for reporting, analysis, and decision support

• Create and optimize Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for complex data analysis

• Implement lookup logic using XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and VLOOKUP

• Develop and maintain VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks

• Automate data cleansing, validation, and transformation

• Optimize Excel workbooks for performance, scalability, and accuracy

• Build dynamic dashboards using charts, slicers, and formulas

• Troubleshoot and resolve formula, macro, and performance issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Document processes and automation logic for maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong experience with:

  • Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

  • VBA Macros and Excel Automation

  • XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH / VLOOKUP

  • Conditional Formatting and Data Validation

• Ability to work with large datasets (50,000+ rows)

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
