We are looking for Data Entry Operators with strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, and excellent typing speed. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and company databases
Maintain records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Perform regular backups to ensure data safety
Review and verify data before entry
Generate basic reports in Excel when required
Coordinate with internal teams for any data-related clarifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of computers and file management
Previous experience in data entry or back-office work
