We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases

• Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies

• Maintain proper digital and physical records

• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required

• Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data

• Perform regular data backups and ensure data safety

• Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates

• Scan and upload documents as needed

• Follow company guidelines and data entry procedures

• Meet daily and monthly data entry targets

• Assist in administrative tasks when required

• Report any system or data issues to the supervisor

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computers

• Good typing speed with accuracy

• Strong attention to detail

• Organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
