CRM Executive/Senior Executive — Real Estate

Location – Gurugram & Noida

Customer Relationship Management - Real Estate

Own the end-to-end post-sales customer relationship lifecycle — from booking to possession and registry — ensuring timely collections, resolution of escalations, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the full lifecycle — booking, documentation, payment collection, possession and registry.

• Drive timely collections and proactively manage overdue/aging accounts, coordinating recovery action where required.

• Liaise with banks/NBFCs for home loan disbursement follow-ups and resolve loan-related bottlenecks for customers.

• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints, involving Sales, Legal or Finance teams as needed.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance and Project teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs at each milestone.

• Prepare and present MIS/collection reports and customer status dashboards to management.

• Ensure full compliance with RERA and other regulatory documentation requirements for customer files.

• Remains organized, calm, and professional even during high-volume collection drives, possession periods, or project delays.

• Should understand Booking Form, Application Form, Allotment Letter, Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA), Agreement execution, Stamp Duty, Registration process, Possession documents, NOC, Indemnity, Cancellation process, Transfer cases.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in real estate CRM / post-sales customer relationship roles, with a proven collections and customer-servicing track record.

• Strong working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, Google sheets, Documentation Tools, Virtual Meeting tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience handling customer escalations.

• Detailed knowledge of RERA and real estate compliance, documentation processes, Builder obligations.

• Collection efficiency, Payment recovery rate, Customer satisfaction (CSAT), Complaint resolution turnaround time (TAT), First response time, Possession completion rate, Documentation completion rate, Escalation closure rate, CRM update accuracy, Customer retention.

• Hands-On experience of working on Real Estate CRM platforms Farvision, LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, SellDo will be preferred.

Compensation

₹ 30K – 60K per month | based on experience and interview performance.

Working Hours : Mon - Sat | 10 AM – 6 PM

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
