Counter Billing Executive

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate service invoices, coordinating with service advisors, and ensuring smooth billing operations in the two-wheeler service center. The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices for service, spare parts, and labor charges.

• Ensure all job cards are properly updated before billing.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for accurate billing details.

• Verify parts consumption and labor charges as per company standards.

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods efficiently.

• Maintain daily billing records and submit reports to accounts.

• Ensure transparency in billing and explain charges to customers if required.

• Process warranty and insurance billing as per company guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and job cards.

• Handle customer queries related to billing politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Commerce / Accounting / Any relevant field

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience in billing or cashier role (automobile industry preferred)

• Familiarity with billing software / DMS systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing systems)

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
