KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Handling & Performance Management

• Sales Analysis & Performance Tracking

• SOP Development & Process Implementation

• CRM / ERP Management & Reporting

• Monitor sales targets, KPIs and MIS reports

• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights

• Improve process efficiency, productivity and accountability

• Ensure timely execution of business plans and operational activities

• Prepare and present performance reports to management

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions

• Support management in business planning and strategy execution
  

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong team handling and leadership skills

• Good sales analysis and reporting ability

• Experience in SOP creation and implementation

• Working knowledge of CRM / ERP tools

• Strong MIS, data analysis and coordination skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
