Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments.

• Lead and manage the Secondary Sales Team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market coverage.

• Monitor secondary sales performance, dealer productivity, and market execution.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Track business KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Optimize business processes and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.

• Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and ensure target achievement.

• Support dealer development, customer engagement, and sales operations.

• Present operational and sales performance reports to senior management.

• Resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Operations Management.

• Experience in handling secondary sales teams and dealer/distributor networks.

• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
