Role:
Managing orders and business relationship with existing key accounts -remaining in constant touch with account managers and ensuring increased business transactions
Other responsibilities include all sorts of internal and external coordination for the smooth functioning of the business
Role also involves a part of business development, i.e. bringing new key accounts on board, or converting potential clients
Managing and being responsible for direct reporting of the team including but not limited to promoters, sales executives and merchandisers
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls email Marketing, Marketing Research, online lead generation
Preparing MIS reports and sending to the management
The candidate may be required to travel in NCR for meeting prospective new client and attend exhibitions (Domestic/International) / events.
Candidate Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer relations/business development.
Strong negotiation & analytical skills (Advanced Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication is required in Hindi & English both.
Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati etc.) is a plus.
