Main Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management – Helping customers with their banking needs such as accounts, loans, and other services.
• Sales & Business Development – Promoting bank products like savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and insurance.
• Documentation & Verification – Checking customer documents for account opening and loan applications.
• Branch Operations Support – Assisting the branch manager in daily banking activities.
• Target Achievement – Meeting monthly business targets given by the bank.
Work Environment: The job is mainly branch-based and involves both customer service and banking sales responsibilities.
