Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Executive who will be responsible for managing backend operations, maintaining data records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and supporting the operations team. The andidate should have good computer knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend operational activities and maintain accurate records.

Perform data entry, documentation, and report preparation using computer software.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project updates and requirements.

Maintain vendor and client databases and update information regularly.

Support the operations team in project coordination and documentation work.

Handle email communication and follow-ups with vendors and clients.

Assist in negotiation and coordination related to project requirements.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records.

Monitor work progress and update the management regularly.

Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of computers and office software (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)

Basic data entry and documentation skills

Strong vendor and client coordination abilities

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently

Basic understanding of IT tools and software

IT Knowledge

Understanding of software and ERP

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any IT discipline

Preferred: BCA/ Btech or Bachelor's Degree in related field

Experience: Freshers to 5 years of experience can apply
