Job Summary

A Visa Experts is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to manage documentation, data entry, application processing, and backend operational tasks. The candidate should possess good communication skills, accuracy in work, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client records and documentation.

• Perform data entry and update information accurately in company systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth processing of visa applications.

• Verify documents and ensure compliance with company requirements.

• Track application status and maintain proper records.

• Prepare reports and maintain backend operational data.

• Handle administrative and office-related backend tasks.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduated in any discipline.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary will be decided based on interview performance and experience.

Working Days & Timings

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Interview Details

• Interview Days: Monday to Saturday

• Interview Timing: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
