Job Title: Backend Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to manage and support backend operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update data in Excel sheets, CRM, or internal systems.
Handle documentation and record management.
Support the operations team with data entry and report preparation.
Coordinate with different departments for data verification and updates.
Maintain proper candidate/employee records and database.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records properly.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate
Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in backend, MIS, or data management roles.
Candidate should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
