Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our team MY FTA LIFTS PVT.LTD. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a 12000 - 16000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make Quotations for Elevator work (AMC , Repair & Modification )and take the follow up from client.

2. Attend the all calls of related complaint and informed to the Area Manager and manage the follow up.

3. Collect the all leads from Just Dial and Indiamart and inform to respected manager and take the follow up.

4. Handling the Company Website with the help of new content also make new content on YouTube, Instagram, and FB daily Basis.

5. Make Service Scheduled plan on Monthly basis.

6. Manage Inventory of Material (Inward/Outward) etc.

7. Take the follow up from client related to dues through the calls, mails and WhatsApp etc.

8. Make Quotation for Renewal of AMC, New AMC, and repair work also take the follow up etc. Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification - Graduation and Experience Range 06-02 Years. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
