We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹18000 - ₹22000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations for electrical, and industrial products as per client inquiries.
Understand RFQs, technical requirements, BOQs, and customer specifications.
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and technical teams for pricing and availability.
Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and documentation.
Support sales team with order-related documentation and client communication.
Ensure timely submission of quotations and revisions as required.
Update internal CRM and quotation tracking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in Commerce / Business / Engineering preferred. ( NOT MANDATORY )
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
