Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day activities in the office
Record all the office data and maintain the databases and documentation of the same
Deal with customer complaints and bring them to the attention of the stakeholders if required
Manage office equipment and supplies
Work on activities such as performing market research and processing this research data as a backend executive
Schedule appointments, organise staff meetings and update calendars based on the same
Assist with inventory control and keep track of the stockpile and supplies
Gathering and processing research data.
