Backend Executive – Door & Window Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Backend Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations, data entry, documentation, customer communication, and office coordination for a Door & Window Industry company.

The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and backend operations.

• Maintain and update customer, order, quotation, and product-related records.

• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.

• Create and edit documents, quotations, and reports using MS Word.

• Handle email communication, including drafting and responding to routine emails.

• Conduct internet research and internet surfing for business-related information.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other internal teams for required information.

• Follow up on pending documents, orders, quotations, and customer requirements.

• Ensure all data is entered accurately and maintained confidentially.

• Support the team with general administrative and backend activities.

Required Skills

• Typing Speed: 30+ WPM

• Good Computer Knowledge

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Good Email Writing and communication skills

• Good knowledge of Internet Surfing / Web Research

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Proficiency in MS Word

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred.

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a backend, data entry, sales coordination, administration, or similar role will be an advantage.

• Candidates from the door, window, aluminium, uPVC, glass, construction, or building-material industry will be preferred.
