Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Prepare, submit, and manage tender documents within deadlines.
Study tender requirements, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and accounts teams for required documents.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, approvals, and follow-ups.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities regarding tender-related queries.
Track tender results and maintain tender status reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.
Assist in vendor registration and prequalification documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of tender and pricing information.

Required Skills

Knowledge of tendering process and documentation.
Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and project costing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Knowledge of GEM Portal, CPP Portal, or other tender portals will be preferred.
