Back Office Executive – Diet Clinic
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our diet clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer/client records and databases.
- Brief customers about diet programs, packages, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate with dietitians and customers for appointments and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services.
- Manage routine documentation and other back-office activities.
- Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to maintain records accurately and handle customers professionally.
- Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service role will be an advantage.
