Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and responsible Backend Executive to manage order processing, data entry, dispatch coordination, and daily office operations for our car mats manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders and maintain order records.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams.
Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery challans.
Maintain stock, inventory, and dispatch records.
Handle customer calls, emails, and order follow-ups.
Update Excel sheets and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and transporters.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in backend operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
