About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily business reports, sales data, inventory reports, and marketplace performance for our growing e-commerce and manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain sales, inventory, order processing, and return reports.

• Analyze marketplace data from Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, and Shopify.

• Create automated Excel reports and interactive dashboards.

• Track SKU-wise sales, stock availability, returns, and order performance.

• Reconcile data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.

• Generate performance reports to support management decisions.

• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, production, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF formulas.

• Knowledge of Excel dashboards, data analysis, and report automation.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good command of data management and reporting.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or SQL will be an added advantage.

• E-commerce or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
